2010 Regional Competitions

The Lac St Louis Regional competition will be hosted by Lachine, January 8-11.  La compétition Las St Louis aura lieu à Lachine, le 8-11 janvier.

During this one weekend, two competitions are held (Eva Findlay and StarSkate Run-offs). Durant cette fin semaine, il y aura deux compétitions:

Eva Findlay competition	Sans limites 6, 7, 8 ans, Pre-aspirant, Aspirant, Interpretive and solo dance events
StarSkate Regional Run-offs	Beginner to Gold freestyle events and Pre-juvenile.
Jeux de Quebec Run-offs	Competitive events - Juvenile to Novice freestyle, dance, and pairs; Special Olympics. This year the Montreal Concordia Region will host the Jeux run-offs.

           

The Eva Findlay competition is named in remembrance of Mrs. Eva Findlay who was a Lac St Louis judge for many years. Mrs. Findlay was a strong supporter of the Region's youngest skaters and their dreams. The Eva Findlay Competition includes the following events - Solo dance, Interpretive, Etoile freestyle, Pre-aspirant freestyle, and Aspirant freestyle.  La compétition Eva Findlay prend le nom de Mme Eva Findlay qui était un juge du Lac St-Louis pendant plusieurs années. Mme Findlay était très impliquée avec les plus jeunes patineurs de la Région et soutenait leurs rêves et buts.
