The Federation coaches ID must be presented at all competitions in Quebec. To aquire your ID Card: By mail: - Your photo (photo booth sized) - Copy of your First Aid certificate - Cheque for $20.00 made out to the "F.P.A.Q." - Your address (please specify if it is a new one) In person: - Book an appointment (232 3180) a few days before you wish to go - Remember to bring all the items listed above Note: You cannot get your picture taken at the Federation office.
	First aid courses are available directly through the Red Cross.
	Sports-Quebec - information on upcoming NCCP multi-sport theory courses (intro to competition A and B).
	Fédération de patinage artistique du Québec - information on upcoming Level 1, 2, and 3 courses. The Quebec Federation usually offers these courses only in French.
